Walked over from our hotel for supper on a Saturday around 5:00. We were a group of 7 and were told, abruptly, that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes as there were no seats. THE PLACE WAS MAYBE 25% FULL. We asked if they could just push two tables together. The reply was that we could just... more
We have visited this BP's on a few trips to Calgary. We have often stopped here because of the location (easy to get to, en route back to hotel), but we have always found the service extremely slow. On this most recent visit, we waited quite a while to be seated, even though there were several tables open. Once seated,... more
I haven't stepped into a Boston Pizza in 15yrs.
It was close to my hotel so we gave it a try.
The menu has changed. Something for everyone.
I stuck with the pizza but my kids didn't.
Everyone really e joyed our meals.
I don't think I'll wait 15yrs again.
The waiter was friendly but I think he was serving...

We stopped by the lounge ( restaurant side was completely empty) for a late night snack after a nearby concert. Place was almost empty except for what seemed to be friends of the staff as they were constantly adjusting the sound of the background music themselves and changing tunes. They were also really loud. Pizza was OK tasting but mine... more
We stayed in a nearby hotel and grabbed some late night food from here. They decided to send us back with no utensils and decided not to cook part of our order. We frequent BP's at home and haven't had issues at all really in the past, but this was unreal.
We came with a large group - they were able to seat us close together. The waitress was slow and forgot two of our orders - I ended up eating after everyone else. I ordered medium rare steak - it came more on the rare side. It tasted good, though.
I was not enthused about pizza from a chain, but in a blizzard with no cabs to be had you make some compromises. I was really surprised. I had very good soup, followed by a thin crust pizza with my choice of toppings. And there were many options besides pizza for the someone who prefers more protein, or all vegetarian,... more
we were staying at the best western around the corner, (their lounge closed at 10 pm) so we walked to BPs for CFL western finals weekend we got good seats decent service, and the appy's were good. I read some of the other reviews ,I also had the steak bites, although the steak was rare in the middle it was... more
ordered beef skewers and when I cut into the meat it was so raw it could have ran off my plate!! Totally burned on the outside ! It was like they deep fried the meat while frozen!!
The food was good but took a long time coming for the amount of people in the place. I think they were making sure the pizza deliveries were first
We ate at this Boston Pizza 08/15/13 and had a terrible experience. First off, our waitress was very loud. After ordering drinks and waiting for 45-50 minutes for our food to come our waitress came over and told us the kitchen had informed her that they didn't have any taco shells to make the taco's we had ordered. Obviously the... more
Pizza was good as well as the salad. Limited on beer selection. Their latest commercial for the ribs is unappealing and now that I've seen it I probably wouldn't return. Location is fair.
food is good, but why do they insist on bringing main course 3 minutes after you get a starter course? Its cold when you eat it
Although BP is a decent place to grab a quick bite this location is certainly in need of a make over. Looks run down and generally dirty looking. Ambiance is very 1980s. Waitress was very good and overly helpful.
It was convenient and I had been traveling all day and I guess I should have known better but I have to say this was dire food.
The service was excellent, smiling friendly staff but even the waitress agreed with me on the food.
I ordered the calamari which was frozen then deep fried, dried out and more batter than...

They were willing and able to accommodate a team of 14. The server was amazing and kept the players glasses full and checked frequently if they needed anything else.
When you are away from home, you can still enjoy movie night and a pizza. We found a BP on every corner of Calgary and the Pizza is always the same... very good!
Food was okay and it was just next door. I think their prices are a little high for the value of the pizza
We stopped in for some French Onion soup and a pizza nad found the service rather slow and the waitress not particularly friendly.
Otherwise the meal was OK, but nothing outstanding. A little overpriced in my opinion.
Boston Pizza is the same everywhere so nothing special here. The only real advantage of this place is the hours - they are open late if you are hungry and need a place to go for a meal or a snack. There is a noisy section and a quieter section so if you want quiet don't be afraid to ask.
Usual Boston Pizza fare. Service was somewhat slow in afternoon. Washrooms downstairs, but a Handicapped one is available.
service was fine and the food came out pretty quick
liked the free wifi
wish they had power outlets to power up my laptop
1 meal was ok, the other (lasagne) was bland, we only got taste by smothering in ketchup. Free refills on soft drinks.
Had wings and pizza. Friendly service, wings soaked in sauce and the pizza was just great.
Stopped in for lunch on a weekday afternoon. Waited at the front for several minutes, but no staff member approached us. There was one server milling about, but she never looked our way. While we are normally loathe to do so, we were tired (and carrying a squirming toddler) and elected to seat ourselves. This caused some chaos among the... more
I eat at the nearby (walking distance) BP as it is in the Motel Complex of restaurants, motels, and a few stores. I often eat in but from time to time prefer take out. Unlike some facilities, they take great care to ensure all condiments are included in their great take out carrier - right down to plastic cuttlery, dishes... more
it's ok if you are really hungry; the food is not outstanding and it took forever to get our order.
The food is ok, way better places for this type of menu. Overpriced for what you get. Delivery is good but so expensive. The restaurant is clean, and service is good. Take out is fast. Parking can be busy. Noisy, atmosphere bleak, and not very comfy. Would not be first choice for delivery or take out.
We have always liked BP and we were surprise they now offer gluten free pizza. My wife ordered one and she said it was very good but later that night her stomach was upset so we are not to sure about what is in the Guten free pizza.
The basement bathroom has a spooky vibe. Me and my friend both felt it.
Do not go here the food is awful and so is there service
