Can't say enough about how friendly and professional the team at Bonnie Lee is. We went with our son and admittedly got off to a slow start, but that's fishing. Although to be honest the boats could use some detailing, the owner (Kevin) and guides are as good as they come. It is a cliche, but there is a difference between "fishing" and "catching" .These guys are as good as they come to catching. This is a great choice if you are fishing out of the city. The owner was knowledgeable, fun, and great to be around. He was very friendly and great company. I scheduled toward the end of the season but we still ended up getting 4 fish to bite. He really seamed to know what he was doing and had a great passion for doing it. I would definitely recommend this if you have the time!

We really enjoyed fishing with Bonnie Lee Fishing Charters. Captain Kevin Addie is amazing! He took us out for King Salmon and Dungeness Crab. We even stopped for lunch at The Boat House Restaurants in Horseshoe Bay. As well as having the cool opportunity to feed a Harbor Seal. Overall it was an awesome day and a great visit to Vancouver.

I took my boyfriend winter fishing a week ago for his birthday. Kevin made our day amazing. We saw tons of wildlife, reeled in some salmon and flounder and took home our limit of fresh crabs! They were delicious! It was truly a lovely day. We dressed up warm for the weather and didn't notice the cold at all. It was so much fun that we're thinking of going again in the spring. Highly recommend it!

Fished 8/27/13.  First time for salmon but I have fished blue water for years.  Good operation - they were up front and honest.  Guy, our guide, worked hard to keep us on the fish.  Had a great experience. “Terrible waste of time. There was fish around. Not where we were. Guide said it was too far to run in the cruisers.”

“Claimed he had first class new boats. The boats were ten year old Bay liners with a toilet that did not even flush. We went out in the afternoon and got one strike, apparently the wrong tide? The guide said the best time was on a certain tide in the morning. The owner failed to mention that when sold us the trip.”
