It was my first time having my eyebrows threaded, the result was fantastic! Even though it stung more than waxing. I even bought the brow makeup and I'm loving it! Only wish I lived closer because now I'm spoiled. Definitely try it out if you get a chance, I will go back anytime I'm in town again. Thank you ladies!!!

The staff was very nice but I could barely see my tint after. Maybe it was the lighting in there. But seriously... i paid $20 w tip for not much. I've got a tint done for $8 at a cheaper place on davie and it lasted longer.. Honestly I wouldn't go back (for a tint). but I'm assuming they'd be great at shaping eyebrows.

Love this place! My daughter and I were warmly welcomed and made to feel pampered. My technician took a lot of time to make sure I understood what she was doing and how to get the brows I wanted. She finished off my session with a fantastic head massage and makeup on my brows and eyelids. I even bought a package for more sessions. I'd definitely recommend them.

I have only been to the Kits location and every time I have had the best service. The front desk girls are always professional and friendly and the eyebrow service is top-notch. You definitely pay way more than one of the many small places in town where you can get threading but I think it's worth every penny. My go to brow bar of all time. I love bombay, they never fail to disappoint me. Always walking out the brow bar with perfectly shaped brows and a relaxing message. I absolutely love getting my brows done here. Service is excellent and they work pure magic with their treads. I have had several different girls do my brows and have to say they are all great. They serve delicious chia tea while you wait and the atmosphere is perfect. I am always so happy when I leave.

The nicest people and very knowledgable! First visit after walking in to book an appointment with the very polite front end staff which was for an upper lip threading. The first time I went to the brow bar I thought it was extremely expensive, BUT, the service was perfect. My brows were perfect and it was relaxing. I've since had a difficult time having a comparable service and think the extra $10 is worth it. It's something I only do every 8-10 weeks, and I love the experience.

I have to say, Bombay Brow Bar is very beautiful in it's decor. Their staff are also very very lovely and attentive. However, after doing some research, the price points for their services could be considered to be a little on the steep side for what it is that you're getting. Perfect place for first-timers. These people are sculpting experts and super friendly. I would pay the extra ten dollars for the deluxe package so that you can find out how to get your brows done properly.
