i used to be a long-term customer, for 11 years, but BMO has fallen behind the times. they need to update the functionality of their online banking because it's lacking compared to other banks. too many transactions need to be done in person. particularly about this location, the hours need to be extended on the weekend.
Banks are the enemy, why am I being nice to them.

Arrived at nooner to get a bank draft, line up was juicy but went quickly. Bank is nice, bright, very close to train station just off 7th avenue. Across from Shoppers Drug Mart.
Young fellow at the counter was nice, friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He even offered me alternatives...

Lots of tellers, short lines, and knowledgable staff. This is a great main branch bank!
I've been here at all times of the day, but mostly around 3 pm, and there are always so many tellers that lines barely form.
Very nice.
I really like the main branch downtown; I do all the banking for my mother at this branch, and am always recognised by the staff there plus they just all seem to be very fun.

Ahh, BMO makes my life so much easier. The downtown location is conveniently located across from the train station (which will open again soon!) and the tellers and service people are all incredibly nice. It is also open a little bit late and it is so easy to drop by and grab a little cash. You can also get most of your major banking services done here (and anyways, this BMO is HUGE), but I go... more
