This is a nice B&B with 3 guest rooms. Suzan provided a fantastic full breakfast each morning. Free parking within walking distance of the falls and all of the commercial activities, yet in a quieter neighborhood made this a great option for us. Breakfast was good. Outside maintenace was non-existant. Owner appeared for breakfast but was not available otherwise. TV was out of date and reception went in and out .

Very enjoyable stay

The description on this B&B states that the units contain: CD players, coffee/tea makers, DVD players, microwaves and refrigerators. This is not true, although there is a microwave and fridge available in the common kitchen. This did not affect our visit, but we think that the description should be updated. Great breakfast, very friendly hostess, great location close to Rainbow Bridge.

Lovely B&B, great stay.

Stayed overnight for a conference. Lovely experience, beautiful bath and vanity made getting ready for the conference calming and enjoyable. Owner is a really nice woman who went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Great location for all amenities.

We stayed only 1 night and enjoyed the experience. Breakfast was great - gluten free pancakes were a delight! Definitely would recommend and would return.

It was nice and the jacuzzi was fun, but there was NO one there to greet us when we arrived and it was a very small bedroom. Most Convenient Location, excellent breakfast

This bed and breakfast was extremely convenient to the strip and the Falls. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the falls, and it will save you money on public parking ($5-$15 near the falls). Susan was very helpful with local information. She was very accomidating , and met all our breakfast needs. If I were going back to Niagara Falls, Bluecrest would be our home of choice.

Great savings--10 min walk to Falls

In staying at Bluecrest, we felt like we were staying with a great friend. Susan took great care of us and the bed and breakfast was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the size of the standard room (we saw the other rooms are they are much bigger). We would stay here again. PS If you are flying into Buffalo it is an $85 taxi ride to the Bluecrest

We had a wonderful stay and Susan was a great host. This B&B was comfortable, homey, and the room we stayed in had a nice size bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. And the location was ideal. It was close to the Falls attractions with a reasonable walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return to the Bleucrest B&B.

I loved staying here. This B&B was close enough for us to walk to most of the attractions and had a place for us to park our car without having to pay extra. The bluecrest was really nice. The only thing is that there is no balcony on the outside of the room as pictured in the picture. There is a security code that you must input in order to get into the inn after hours. This is great. The microwave is in the kitchen and you can use it also you can make tea if you wish. Great Location to Walk to Everything

Susan was a friendly host. Hot cooked breakfast each morninb. Wifi can be spotty depending on location. First night it took a little time for the central AC to cool things down since our room was huge and had the most sun. You can walk to everything so you just need to get to the B&B

'Home' charm in tacky commercial Niagra Falls

Very quiet (SAFE!) neighnourhood within 1 km of great falls view and beautiful walk to the falls. Couldn't stay for the breakfast, but room was amazing & perfect for our needs.

Extremely small room

The room was extremely small...10 ft x 10 ft. Not even enough room to put our suitcases; thank goodness we just had overnight bags. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed. Never again

The bedrooms are keyed alike so all guests have access to the rooms of other guests. The security code for entry to the building was in a note taped to the front door. The host is only at the property for breakfast and no information on the (very limited) facilities of the B&B were available until the morning after we arrived. Good alternative to touristy high rise.

Great location for walking to the falls. The phillipsburg suite was good, large comfortable bed and large tub with plenty of hot water. This is a low tech b&b with no wifi and older tv. Great for us looking for that but not for everyone. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Great location, good breakfast

B&B was one of the few with vacancies over Labor Day. Good price, great location near the falls, quiet. Breakfast was good, host was very friendly and accommodating. Only room left was with a double bed, which was a little cozy for two and it got hot at night. Access was easy and parking free.

The outside of the house could use some minor upgrades. Susan upgraded our room which was a really nice surprise. Fantastic bed and breakfast in Niagara.

This was a great place to stay in Niagara Falls. Free parking and walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was very nice and the bathroom was exceptional with its own jacuzzi tub. Great Location

We enjoyed being able to walk to everything in the Niagara Falls area. Saved us a boatload of money in parking. Even with an evening of poor weather the hot tub built for two provided a cozy escape.

This was a great first experience for us staying at a Bed & Breakfast. The house was very nice and the updates were excellent. Really enjoyed the fireplace in the room and the spa tub. The furnishings made for a great atmosphere. It was very quite which made for great sleeping and the owner was very accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.

Great Location, Room & Breakfast!

This is a great B&B! Good for couples. The location is perfect, it's only about 5 - 10 minutes to walk to the main strip. About a 5-minute walk to the American Falls. Room was clean and very spacious (with jetted tub). Suzan is very friendly and a great cook! Our breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and coffee. Eggs made to order, bacon and pancakes (waffles the next day).

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluecrest - the room was comfortable and the huge bathroom was a plus. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - we couldn't eat everything! It was a short walk to the main tourist areas. Our hosts were very friendly and accomodating.

Smartest place to stay close to the falls!

Bluecrest Bed & Breakfast was great. We loved our room with the jacuzzi, it was walking distance to the falls and all the tourist attractions. Its an easy drive to the wineries while being right across Rainbow bridge. Breakfast was nice and everyone was very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!
