It takes forever to get anyone's attention for service.
Twice now, they have not had what was on their menu and looked at us like we were asking for the moon and it was our fault that we wanted what they didn't have!...

This restaurant/specialty grocery store is a novel concept. The restaurant is a walk up cafeteria style counter where you place your order which is then prepared and brought to your table.
