We stayed here September 6/14. First room had broken air conditioning, inoperable windows and garbage in room. Transferred to another room. Food in drawer, filthy carpet under chairs, woke by drunk pounding on door at 2:00 am. Staff was accommodating, but will not stay there again, as both rooms were dirty.

I had to change rooms when I arrived as I found several dark hairs in the bed as to suggest that the bed was only re-made as opposed to a complete linen change for a new guest. Hotel was at the end of a long travel day - good downtown location with fairly easy access from the highway. Parking was convenient,and front desk was very welcoming & friendly both upon arrival & checkout. Hallways need some freshening, but the room & beds were very comfortable and clean. Getting back out to the highway was a breeze.

Hmmm, the room was very clean and correct, except we didn't know how to turn off the air conditioning (there's a slightly hidden thermostat, but it also goes off once the room key/card is removed from the thing you put it in so as to get light and electricity).

Its an average hotel that allows you to rest for the night. There are limited parking spaces. I was fortunate to find the last parking spot. The hotel did not have a microwave facility to warm the food. Other BW hotels do have this facility.

I got a wad of hair with my steak dinner that totally killed that dinning experience. They comped the meal but I would not recommend the restaurant. I had eaten there many times before with no issues - but it only takes one. Be sure to ask for quiet floor because I have experience noisy guests before.

It was horrible. Worse experience ever and will never return. My key stopped working and I asked for assistance and the front desk staff treated me like I did not belong.
