Bad Night for the family.

When we first arrived I could smell a strong cleaning scent. Maybe it was to portray a clean room, but the left over ritz crackers besides the couch couldn't be hidden. If you are looking for a clean quiet place that is close to restaurants and major highways this is the place to be. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very pleasant. The complmentary breakfast was hot and ample. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

This is a quiet, nicely appointed motel just off the 401 at McGowan rd, Scarborough. Close to the Metro Zoo, Scarborough Town Centre, public transportation. Excellent staff, very clean rooms, good hot breakfast.

Good value in a nice hotel

Well worth the stay. Good value. Easy access to highway and thus other parts of the city. Plan on a little longer travel times to get places by car from this location, but not bad at all. This is the hottest hotel we have ever stayed in. The common areas are like saunas. In December we are putting on air conditioning to try to cool down the rooms. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel. I needed additional towels the first night, and received them immediately.

There isn't much around it but hotel is located near 401 so it is easy to travel about Toronto. Rooms are a good size with a microwave & fridge. There is a fitness center. The breakfast is included but the pastry is usually stale, there is limited fruit & yogurt available and the machine coffee is just plain awful.

A good place to stay, 20 minutes from downtown

This hotel is a good value not far off 401. The breakfast and pool are better than average.

Good location to where I needed to be.

We had to ask to move from the original room because although they said it was a non smoking it's obvious that someone had smoked in that room and you could smell it the moment you walk through the door. Nice Stay

The hotel itself was wonderful. It was clean and very close to the main thoroughfare of the 401. Even though it was close to the freeway, it is pretty busy almost all the time. We used the public transportation to get to downtown Toronto and the hotel was a 7-9 minute drive from the RT. There were also quite a few good eats in the area as well.

The hotel was located right off the 401, which made it very convenient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The king suite was great for the night stay over, but would be small for an extended stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Great Place to Spend the Night

This was a very clean hotel with friendly, professional staff. I really felt that I got more than my money's worth out of this stay (in a King Executive suite). The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was very clean and spacious, and they allowed us a late check-out (12 noon) with no extra charge.

We have stayed in many best Western's and this one has been very disappointing. First off the cleaning staff were not very pleasant. My youngest son took them our recycling from our room to empty it and the were very upset that he had done this. The rooms were very "tired". The bathroom needed a serious renovation. The grout along the tub was bad and dirty as was the edges of the flooring.

The A/C did not work. We were offered a new room but two family members were already asleep so we were given a 20% discount.

Beds were clean, internet was okay. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was extremely helpful. AAA told us that this hotel was right near downtown Toronto, when really it was a 40 minute drive. The staff were helpful and friendly. At breakfast the women who were working in the kitchen were SO NICE. If I had one complaint it would be the pool. There was so much chlorine in that room... more

very good experience.this was not a luxury hotel, but it was worth the price.i would not refrain to pay even more. they have a complimentary buffet for breakfast which is very good.we saved about $50 for our family of five compared to the other hotels where we had to pay for breakfast.the indoor pool is clean and they even have a hot tub and a working sauna station.the fitness center is not bad... more

The warm food like the eggs and sausage were awful/- room not big enough for people to sit . The cleaning staff were nosiy and loud in the hallways yelling down the hall glad i didnt have to sleep in too long but for someone who would have they would have heard staff yelling down the hall.

PROS : Great price ($114 after tax) and only a 20 minute walk to the Scarborough rapid transit line which links to the TTC subway line. Remember to follow the footpath. Clean & friendly too ! Brekky was nummy nums.

Refused to refund fee for room booked, even though I called an hour after booking. Front desk manager would not even offer a deal on a future stay so we got stuck with a bill for a room we never used.

We were looking for a hotel near the Ontario Science Museum and the Toronto Zoo. Great Place

Good hotel at reasonable price, close to work. Lots of good restaurants close by.Walking distance to "THE KEG". And you dint have to pay for parking! Yes the hotel right next door, charges for parking.

I've been to a lot of hotels across the GTA and I have to admit Best Western Executive Inn falls within the top 5. Excellent location, free parking, nicely decorated rooms with excellent service; will return.

Unfortunately it was a short stay, but we enjoyed friendly and good nature staff and costodial service, clean room and comfortable beds, and a refrigerator came handy. The continental breakfast was typical but clean and generous. I will definetly recommed it to my friends. Keep up the good work!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Needed a location in Scarborough close to relatives for a family birthday. Chose this Best Western primarily due to its location with easy access to the 401 and also due to it having free parking and a continental breakfast. Just OK

The Room was ok except for the parking lot light that showed though the curtains. The breakfast is ok, nothing special and ends very early 9am. The days we were there the hot tub was cold the first night and drained the next. The staff was not friendly at all. We moved to the hotel down the block. There was only one restaurant close and it was a steak house. Which was an improvment.
