Close to all sights

One night stay for my family before heading up north it was convenient, close to everything even walking distance for some. Breakfast was good and my daughter had fun in the pool. It would not have been my first choice but it worked. The rooms definitely need some TLC but for the most part was clean.

I booked my room through the phone and everything was confirmed. When I went to the hotel, I was refused my room which was already paid for. Run down!

We were not impressed with the hotel. It was run down and in need of some repairs. The bathroom door was splitting, wall paper peeling and the pool area was dirty. The hot tub had sand in it and the paint was peeling off. The water temp was luke warm and the pool deck had leaves all over it. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

Great sleep... terrible swim.

Our room was pleasant and clean. The kids and I agreed the mattresses were wonderful and we slept very well. Our adventure in the pool was disappointing however. The hot tub was very dirty and the sauna was broken. Thankfully the shower in the room was hot with great pressure.

Easy to find when driving into Brampton.

The only complaint that I had was we left a camera bag in the car and it was stolen. I reported this to the staff, and after 2 weeks still have yet to receive a call from the manager as the staff said they would.

Its a good location, close to all freeways and airport. This motel is older, and needs a facelift. Our initial room, when we first walked in, stank of new and old cigarettes. In the future, if you have a room that someone has clearly smoked in and you have a booking for that room, perhaps you should change the second booking before that client gets there and has to ask for it to be changed themselves.

Great for families

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The only downer was that the fitness center had three cardio machines and not much else. The hotels boasts a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The kids also enjoyed the pool and we even hosted some visitors in the lobby which was nice and clean.

Great breakfast included. Connecting rooms. Laundry facilities.

Nice hotel, a bit far from the airport (Brampton). Excellent service from staff, great complimentary breakfast. The wifi in my room had weak signal and they gave me a 3G box to use.

While I was at the mercy of the situation; I waited to the last minute to book and found all of the Trornto area was booked, so this was a good solution in a bad situation.The room was very comfortable. Stayed at this hotel for one night during my business trip to the Toronto area. It is a nice hotel for short stay and good value for your buck!

Very Dumpy hotel. I would never take my family here. We showed up after driving 7 hours for a family vacation to find that the pool was at least 120 degrees and the room where the pool is was awful. It was ok it was near where we wanted to be but the room was lacking in space in the bathroom the shower stall was new and nice, I would recommed for the price.

Great place

Great service and clean rooms. Went just to relax and get away, this was a great place. Used the hot tub and pool, and they had one of the best free breakfast I've seen.
