This is an excellent hotel.
November 02, 2011I've stayed here several times when visiting Toronto on business. The rooms are great, very big, always clean and well updated. Book in advance and the rates are very good, but even on a last minute stay the rates are reasonable for the area. The staff here is what really makes this place great, I love getting the call to make sure I found my room ok... :-)

Be prepared to be nickel and dimed
October 21, 2011TO DEATH We paid $184.00 for the room on top of the xtra charges .The rooms are good the service is good I do not like surprises when it comes to charges on my bill. INTERNET CHARGE over $7.00 . Then there was what they call a COMMON AREA CHARGE over $5.00 .We ordered a pizza they even charged $1.25 for the LOCAL CALL. To top it all off , of course you have to pay the GST on top of the XTRA... more

Sheraton protects addicted people....
