Invermere Relaxation
August 20, 2014My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were most accommodating and the rooms were totally remodeled. We enjoyed a large room with king size bed. Well appointed and extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort and good value.

Room was very clean and had all things required; mini fridge, coffee maker, toiletries. The room
was also very quiet. Koodoo's to Georgena the Front Desk Manager she could not of been nicer

Good, Comfortable Stay

We were in the area for two nights to attend a surprise wedding anniversary dinner. The hotel was comfortable, good beds and an adequate breakfast. Would stay again for a short stay if in town.

Small town Charm w/ Super Friendly Staff

Nice Getaway
July 02, 2014The Best Western is situated in the downtown area close to the lake and shops. Easy to get to with ample parking. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. I was surprised at the value for money and would stay there again if prices were to remain the same. (Weekend rate of $125/night)

Dirty towels and noisy air conditioning
June 24, 2014Mediocre stay. Place was quiet. Had a lovely super at the birch wood restaurant. Looked to be rust on our towels. They turned off the water for the day so when I took a shower there was no water. Air conditioner squeaked the whole night. Hot buffet breakfast was good.

Dirty towels

The room it was clean and tidy with a TV, microwave and fridge.
Upon entry one of the door card keys would not work we also discovered some of the towels were dirty, not a nice greeting. However the nice lady on reception changed the towels and reprogrammed the key immediately.

Nicer, cleaner, quite place
October 13, 2013Friendly receptionist, clean and quiet rooms and short walk to many amenities. It is located 20 minutes driving to Radium hot spring or Fairmount hot spring. Wi Fi connection is good and fast anywhere in the hotel. Hot breakfast included is a must.

good bang for the buck

We have stayed at this motel before it has no pool but a hot tub. Owners are very friendly and accomodating.
Rooms are nice. They have a very good morning breakfast.
The motel is right in the townsite and close to all ammenities.
It also has a lounge and restaurant attached.
