Great stay

Very helpful staff, good location.
Rooms are a bit older, but renovations are in progress. Breakfast is pretty standard, although less options compared to a BW Plus.(I can't tell if this is one or not, the sign says plus, but some websites say different, and it would seem that it's not) Some decent nearby restaurants.

Pool was disgusting

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a pool. We have two small children and after a hot day in the truck, a pool would have been a great place to play and cool down. The pool was dirty, tiny and full of pine needles. Not somewhere I'd let my kids swim.

Bad internet and room smelled

The hotel was very basic with only a continental breakfast and only coffee in the lobby. The usual Best Western's we have stayed at had tea and coffee 24 hours a day available in the lobby and meat at every breakfast. Also the internet kicked us off after 10-15 min on it with our laptop. Extremely helpful with family emergency

The hotel and staff were so helpful as our family member had a emergency stay in hospital near hotel. Lots of parking, great breakfast, great rates for hospital stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again. Wonderful staff also!

Much improved

We had stayed in this hotel in the spring. It was tired and in need of a facelift & clean up.
They have made remarkable strides. Still away to go like newer carpets and hallway carpet cleanup. One thing at a time, reception is much better and the breakfast room airy with a reasonable selection

Comfortable and Convenient

This hotel had clean rooms, knowledgeable personnel and they were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet, even with several sports teams of young boys staying on the same floor. We would definitely consider using it again if we travel that direction.

It's not as big as some Best Westerns I've stayed at but the service and staff were just as friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant there but there are many within walking distance . We stayed at this hotel to attend a concert in downtown Vancouver. The cost was about a quarter of what you would pay downtown and it's located within a 5 minute walk to the skytrain. Good location off the Trans Canada highway just after the Port Mann bridge. Clean rooms an excellent value for the money. Walking distance to restaurants and a couple good bars. Lots of supervised parking.

This is a nice hotel but it needs some refurbishing which they are working on. On our second day there when we went for breakfast they were replacing the carpeting in the breakfast eating area and there were stacks of new tiles in the hallway. Affordable Accomodation

The Chelsea Inn has been recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. This hotel also has excellent access to the highway and is only about 20-30 minutes from downtown Vancouver, depending on traffic. The rates are much more affordable than the hotels right in the downtown area. The complimentary breakfast is also a perk.

Great Price, staff and service

Stayed for a night so we could attend a concert at Roger's Arena. Love that the sky train is a 10 minute walk, no cabs or driving required when staying here! I found the room to be clean and the beds were very comfortable!! Also loved that because we are BCAA members we got our room cheaper!! Thanks again!

Upon arrival the hotel was busy but we were helped by the front desk in due time! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Friendly staff

I stayed here for two nights. Didnt really like the breakfast but the staff named henry was pretty nice and kind. I asked him directions and he was very kind in answering. I stayed in the back room which was very quiet despite the fact the hotel is near the highway. Id definitely go back there again

Good Hotel to stay for business and family

I would recommend this Best Western hotel again. The staff there was nice! We took two rooms for the team and it is consistently an excellent place to stay. We were there as a business trip and we were happy about this hotel.

Its the only place to stay

No matter what best western you stay at you get the best of every thing. If i can't sleep i go stay at a western because as soon as i lay in one of there beds i fall to sleep instantly. Good Family Hotel

This hotel has a great location. It's right beside a main highway, shopping, IKEA, & resturants plus only a short drive to Vancouver. It's clean and the breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable. My only negative is that it's not quiet enough for me.

Good value for location

Comfortable beds, pretty good breakfast and fairly quiet. Parking is more difficult with a big truck but we make it work because this location fits our plans the best. Staff are very helpful. We will stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and well maintained -excellent housekeeping. Beds very comfortable. Location on major routes makes getting anywhere easy and quick. Continental breakfast has a generous variety of items available. I stayed here for one week while down on business and really enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable, Affordable

The bed was fantastic (I lifted the sheets to check the mattress type!) and the space was very roomy. Temperature was near-perfect. Hotel had pool + sauna, as well as continental breakfast. (Unable to speak about as we slept in..)
