Good value

Stayed here for the first time as my regular place was sold out. Wasn't bad. Normal motel room but could tell it had been recently reconditioned. Don't like the bed spreads at any hotel these days. Don't recommend this hotel. Keys to room didn't work,every time we needed to get into the room we had to walk across the street to the office for desk clerk to the open room. They told us this has been a problem for awhile, so why isn't the problem fixed. Only gave 10.00 off the price of the room that... more

Nothing good about this hotel

Had to stay here because everything else in town was booked. I think I'd rather sleep in my truck. What a dump. My coworker had mouse poop in his room, my heater didn't work worth a damn. Parking is not very good.

Not bad at all

clean, quite and nice service.
Breakfast included.
Location was fine for me , Riverfront Park is across the street.
may be not fun for families but for sure a good choice for short business trip if a cost effective stay.

Staff is great, but the hotel is deteriorating

I was afraid I would hear gun shots

This is the second worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I needed to stay in Peace River for work and thought it would be as good as other hotels in the chain. I was wrong. It is an old run-down dump. Every year we drive from Yellowknife to Edmonton. Every year we stop at the BCMI in Peace River, because it is the only hotel with a water slide.

Our arrival at the hotel after a long, hot trip was met with indifference by the check-in staff, who gossiped and chatted while we stood, waiting, in the shabby "lobby".
