My first impression
Bells and Bows had beautiful dresses to try on.

I live in Winnipeg Manitoba and bought my pageant dress for Miss Teen Canada World pageant from Bells & Bows Bridal. A Tony Bowls dress that I absolutely fell in love with after seeing it on line. I called Bells & Bows on Saturday morning and had my perfect dress by Wednesday. Angeline went above and beyond supreme customer service and I would recommend this store highly. Keep in mind that I live in another province and received such amazing customer service and care. I can't even imagine the amazing experience I would have if I was in the store at time of of purchase. Thank you Bells & Bows Bridal, Thank you Angeline.
Amazing Store
After reading some of these posts I have decided to make a comment. And I am NOT an employee of Bells and Bows but I do run a pageant. www.missteencanadaworld.com to the person that finds the prices insane. You are obviously not familiar with retail costs of designer gowns and i am not sure what you consider expensive. But have you ever heard the saying you get what you pay for? Each gown is priced fairly and as someone who buys 10 + gowns a year I find them much lower than what you would find in other stores. Keep in mind there is a standard price point for each dress that is assigned by the designer. You cannot just make up prices they have to be within a certain level and you can only give a certain discount as well. Bells and Bows always give the best price they can. The staff is very friendly and I refer all my contestants to go there. Even girls that live in other provinces purchase gowns from them just by ordering over the phone and they are able to fit them and everything! One of the things that I think is amazing is they keep a list of prom dresses, and pageant dresses and who got them and what school they go to or what pageant they are in to make sure no one gets the same. She has the best selection as well. in the 4 years of referring girls there I have never had any issues and unlike all the other people commenting I am putting my name here. Maybe they should worry about marketing their own business and providing excellent customer service instead of writing fake comments and reviews to try to damage them.
Not a customer, You are Family
I walked into Bells & Bows bridal centre with my wife and daughter to find a grad dress for my daughter, we did'nt know that you had to have a appointment, but that did'nt matter to Angeline she took us right into the dress area and sized my daughter without asking. Then she found my daughter the perfect dress. We were treated more like family members then customers. All three of us receive a hug from the owner and were truly impressed with the service that we received. I would not only recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress or grad dress to go see the ladies at Bells & Bows Bridal Centre. I know that we will be going back in the near future for my wife to pick out her new wedding dress for our renewal of our wedding vows. My daughter has even told every girl in her class who is graduating to go to Bells & Bows. I can not strongly say who much we love and appreciate the ladies at this store.

From the moment we stepped through the doors of Bells & Bows Bridal Centre, we were treated with the most amazing service! My daughter and I were new to the pageant world and Angeline answered all of our questions and made us feel so confident in our decisions. We purchased a one of a kind dress that I know will grace the stage of many pageants in the years to come. If anyone is looking for a store that will give you a one of a kind experience, it is worth the drive. We drove 8 hours to get the Best of the Best! Amazing!!
We went in to buy our daughter a grad dress at Bells & Bows and found the service friendly, helpful and amazing. The owner asked our daughter her name and price range so she could help her out. She knew what size my daughter would be without asking and found her the PERFECT dress. The staff is friendly and helpful and make you a part of the Bells & Bows Family. Bell and Bows is a great store!! I was helping my daughter look for a dress. We chose Bells and Bows because the selection is amazing!!!!! We did find the perfect grad dress there! My girls, myself plus my husband are treated with so much respect:)!! When the day came so my daughter could try on her beautiful dress, we felt welcomed and treated like family!!! Absolutely Horrid
Kept trying to upsell me beyond my budget, then when I went to pay they made a 'mistake' and overcharged my credit card. I got the impression they were desperate for money. The dress was pretty, but the stitching started coming out within the first hour of wearing it. I believe the dress is probably a chinese made fake due to its poor quality and how it didnt last at all. Seriously unimpressed with this store and will never recommend them to anyone.

Bells And Bows is the Best
I recently visited Bells and Bows Bridal Centre. I got such a great vibe from the hard-working and friendly staff. You could obviously tell they loved being where they were. What I loved most about Bells and Bows was that there was a sense of family between everyone. There is a giant variety of gorgeous dresses; more than I had ever seen in any other bridal shop. I was told almost 100 dresses were IN STOCK in the store, wow! I was pretty hesitant about making such a far trip, coming from BC; but I'm very glad I did, because I never would have found my beautiful grad gown. Everyone was a great help with colors, styles, even jewlery! I'm almost POSITIVE that anyone could find what they are looking for at Bells and Bows. A Fairytale come true!
When I first got in engaged I started looking for the perfect place to buy my perfect wedding dress. I called Bells & Bows and was swept off my feet with how welcoming and friendly they were. I knew this was not going to be just any bridal store. My parent's came with me to the store, I wanted both my mom and dad to be there when I was finding a dress, we were not expecting to find anything the first time we were dress shopping. When we walked in the door I was greeted by a warm welcoming hug from Ang. First we looked around our self, pulling dresses we thought were nice, and we began trying them on. None of the dresses we picked took our breath away...then my fairy god mother(Ang) said she had a dress she wanted me to try on that they had just gotten in the day before. Could it be that there was the perfect dress out there? and could it be one of a kind and for me to be the first to try on? The answer was yes! As soon as I seen the dress I knew it was perfect. I tried it on and went out to show my parents. It was the first dress that made my dad give me the look of approval. He knew it was the one as soon as I walked out...I am a daddy's girl and it gave me such re-assurance that it was 'the' dress. Soon my dad had to leave the room for a bit, tearing up no doubt, and it was time to get the seal of approval from my mom. She started tearing up aswell, and I was soon to follow. As soon as the put the vail over my face I could picture me walking down the aisle, and knew that 'this is what my future husband will see' and I started crying. The staff at Bows & Bows are amazing, and make you feel like family. I described the owner Ang to my fiance as someone that was so loving and caring and wanted to make every brides dream come true, as if she were taking you under her wing. She was my fairy god mother in my fairytale, and if it weren't for her finding the perfect dress my fairytale would never have come true.
"Awesome Experience!"
My wedding dress from Bells & Bows is amazing! And the service that the staff show is spectacular! I set out right after getting engaged to "look" at dresses, just to see what was out there. Bells & Bows just happened to be our first shopping location, and ended up being the only place we needed to go to. I tried on dr...ess after dress, each one very pretty, some of which I was almost sold on. But, after all of these, I thought I should still browse around at other stores. Then I tried on "the one". It was beautiful and elegant, and just what I had been looking for. The savings I recieved on the dress because of the spectacular sale was amazing, too. So, my dress ended up being the first wedding "plan" made, and so much because of the exquisite gowns and helpful service from Bells & Bows. Thanks for everything, and I'll be back soon!
"Spanish Princess in Red"
Oh My Goodness! This past weekend I drove 4 hours to go see Bridal Fantasy 2010 in Calgary, Alberta. Having Spanish heritage, I have been looking for a red wedding gown, but was having no luck. I was sitting in the front row for the show when I noticed a GORGEOUS red wedding gown on stage! I immediatly fell in love and had to try that gown on! I have never in my life seen a show so well done, and I have been to a ton of different bridal shows. For the rest of the show I couldnt get that red gown out of my head. I knew what I had to do, and that was to go to Bells & Bows Bridal Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta and try it on! Even though it was 4 hours away I soon found out it was worth every minute of the drive. As I entered into the store it was bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff were fun and of course I knew I had found my gown. I tried on my dream gown with a cathedral mantilla all lace veil which completed my dream look, as I have always dreamed of marrying in colour. I would like to thank BELLS AND BOWS BRIDAL CENTRE for a wonderful experience and for carrying unique and stunning gowns, that are almost impossible to find! I will be a Spanish Princess on my day. WoW!
What a fantastic experience. First of all, one day I woke up and decided that "today is the day I get my dress" as I had been shopping for months with no luck. Unfortunately, my mom was unable to make it. I went anyway. As I walked into the bridal store, I was treated like family by Ang, who really helped me. She undressed maniquins, helped me into dresses, and played the mom role exquisitly! I found my dress without a hitch, and fell madly in love. Ang called all her other employees to come and see and we all celebrated. It was the "say yes to the dress" moment that I had imagined. Then, I found out that Ang was going to give me a veil for FREE! A brial store that gives things away....unheard of! Thank you. In addition to the amazing service, I was given an amazing number for Bells and Bows seamstress. What an amazing and personable person. My mom and I went to her house where she has a perfectly quaint sewing room set up with large mirrors and a romantic atmosphere. It was stunning. Christine was so kind and accomidating, and you could tell that she just loves her job. I needed to make some changes to the dress in order to make it 'perfect', and she not only agreed with my (unprofessional) opinion, but added stunning suggestions. When I wasn't thrilled with veil look, she offered many suggestions as to different and modern ways of wearing veils and then offered to design a jacket for me...perfect! Christine really gets to know her clients, and made me feel like one of her own daughters. Thank you. More stunning reviews to come as I get closer to my date and have more excellent experiences with Bells and Bows and Christine (who's also coming to help with bridesmaid dresses at no cost!!!! )....only a few months away!

Angeline, I had such an amazing time in your bridal boutique today. You welcomed me in like family and you treated me like royalty...every girls dream. With all the time and attention you had given me and with your expertise I now own my DREAM gown, even with the large selection of designer gowns that i had to choose f...rom, you knew exactly which one was for me. Words can't describe how you and your staff have made me feel, it was beyond my expectations. Bells & Bows Made Me Feel Right
Bells and Bows made me feel great. When I got married I went to the shops in Lethbridge with my bridesmaid. I am a little heavier then her. The ladies in these stores walked up to her and asked if they could help. I was so mad I walked out. Told them you are not getting my money. They're response was we dont really have anything for you anyway. So being upset and tired of all the sterotypes, I decided to leave town. My BM talked me into checking out one more place. We went into Bells and Bows, (a man helped us) as soon as I walked in he asked me if he could help and I was happy that it was me he asked. So I checked out the dresses and got mine and for less as well. THANK YOU Guys so much for making me feel like a Bride. I always tell people to go and check you out first.

wow bells and bows is an AMAZING place to buy wedding or grad or even cocktail dresses:) they are all so unique and beautiful the prices are great. these dresses that u see at bells and bows you wont find anywhere else..there are so outstanding and any girl will look like a queen on her wedding or her grad or even to just a party. These dresses come in gorgeous colors and all sorts of sizes and if you like a dress if it doesn't fit they can even fix it for you!! they even have accesories to go with your gown. and every style is so beauitful that only bells and bow can satisfy you. I bought my grad dress from bells and bows it was actually from europe and I get to wear this beauitful gown with a good price I was very satisifed.

Finding your "Dream" Gown it isn't Easy by any means,but I come across a Fine Bridal Boutique In Lethbridge, that was "Amazing".The Greetings were Genuine,though I had No Appointment I was Welcomed In.. The Consultants Listened to what I liked, and suggested certain styles and not long after ,I found the "One", As a Buisness Woman, it is a pleasure to not be rushed in my choices and for someone to take the Time to get to know the style that would Best suit me. My graduating year, Every girl dreams of the perfect dress, with the perfect boy, on the perfect day! I felt so discouraged when I realized time was flying by and the dress had to be found! I had tried on countless amount of dresses in many different cities and provinces and only had a couple months left to find the dress of my dreams!!! We started to call around from store to store in many areas asking if they had the dress we described to them. I knew the dress I had imagined in my head was the only dress I knew I would really love! My sister talked to Angeline on the phone and described to her the dress, she told my sister "I think I have her dress", everything sounded perfect BUT the color. I imagined myself in a white prom dress and this dress was a dark burgundy/maroon color. But I knew this was a dress worth trying on! I live about 3 hours away from the location of the store and by the time I would have gotten to Lethbridge it would have been closed! Angeline being the sweetheart she is offered to take me in after hours, how kind is that! I called her back and told her we would make the trip in the morning on the following day. I brought my Mom and my Dad! As we walked into the store that morning the girls were immediately so welcoming and excited!! My father (owner of a logging company) just has a gruff and scruff look about him and the girls were hilarious with him! Little jokes here and there, we laughed and immediately created a relationship from the start! My dad was so impressed how kind, professional, and yet so funny the girls were. Very personable with each customer. Well done girls! The girls took me and we looked at the dress. I saw it and wasn't thrilled at it on the hanger but we took it to the dressing room, we put it on and walked out to my waiting parents. It was EVERYTHING I wanted, although the color wasn't what I was dreaming of, it looked a thousand times better then anything I had dreamt about. We all looked in the mirrors at the dress on me and we couldn't find any con to the dress. Fit me PERFECTLY, absolutely no alterations!!! The girls were so amazing!!! My designer IS amazing!!! Bells and Bows is the place to have dreams come true. They made me feel like a princess instantly, they made my parents feel comfortable, they were so accommodating to us! They walked us and my dress out to the car even! Wished us safe travels and we were off!, but they will never be forgotten. I had friends from my home town I sent down their way, they made the 3 hour drive and guess what, they had their dream dresses when they arrived home again :) I could not be happier with the girls there!! My dreams truly did come true on June 27th, when my date came to pick me up and he was stunned, absolutely lost for words!!! A moment I will never forget. Thanks Bells & Bows!! Love ya!!

Angeline, I had such a great time in your shop. I felt like i was at home, you and your staff treated me like family. I couldnt believe that i found my dream dress the first time i went looking. Prom dress shopping at Bells&Bows Bridal Centre
My experience at Bells&Bows was a wonderful experience. I had been searching desperatly among other shops for a prom dress, at the other stores what i found was a lack of variety in dress sizes, types and colors. when i entered Bells&Bows i was greeted like a guest in someones house. I was amazed at the selection AND the fact that they had dresses for small girls like me (they even go to plus sizes)!! no where else in town did i find such good quality dresses, you could see the fine detail in each one. By the end of my trip i had bought THE most perfect dress, i feel so beautiful wearing it and i am so happy about my whole experience there it is definitely worth the trip! :)
my first bridal shop experience
This was my first time in a bridal shop and I have to say it was one amazing experience. I went to Bells And Bows with my sister. Angeline McDonald greeted us in such a kind manner. I had no idea I needed an appointment but she took us in and treated us like family. My sister started by telling her how I have been with my fiance for 11 years and how I had lost 300lbs. My story touched her in an amazing way and she has gone out of her way to make sure that I had the most beautiful dress for my wedding. Angeline had pulled out a dress that she thought would look good and she was right. After trying many dresses we chose angelines selection. The bridal shop itself was so inviting and warm. They have such a beautiful setup and an amazing ambiance. For anyone looking for an amazing experience they will never forget I would go to Bells & Bows Bridal Centre They will have what you are looking for with the wonderful selection they have. I want to thank Angeline for all her help in making this possible for me and an experience that will last a lifetime.Thank you again.

Bells and Bows is not just a Bridal store but so much more. The customer service is absolutely wonderful, all of the employees are very accommodating, knowledgeable and always willing to do everything they can to suit your needs.
This place has the best selection of gowns I have ever seen. The gowns are all fabulously stunning and there is always something for everyone. Each dress is gorgeous and eye catching. The only problem you will ever have is choosing from them all.
I would like to congratulate the team at Bells and Bows on some of their many achievements. Recently Bells and Bows placed first at the Lethbridge Whoop Up Days Parade for the second year in a row. The time, hard work and effort put into the winning float was incredible. Bells and Bows deserves many thanks for sponsoring Taylor as a delegate for Miss Teen Canada- World 2009 and helping her go all the way to win. I would also like to recognize Bells and Bows for making every graduate, bride or customer feel and look absolutely beautiful on their special occasions. Bells and Bows Bridal Center is by far the best dress store I have been to. The selection is absolutely amazing and they have dresses for everyone. At dress stores in Calgary I was lucky to find one dress that I liked.....at Bells and Bows there were so many beautiful gowns it was hard to choose which one I wanted! The service is also really great! I would also like to put in a huge thankyou to Angeline at Bells and Bows for sponsoring as a delegate for Miss Teen Canada-World 2009. Although I did not end up buying my dress from Bells and Bows I enjoyed my experience. It is a smaller shop and doesn't have quite the same selection as larger stores, however they still have a large amount of inventory. Bells and Bows is an absolute self esteem buster! Their plus sized selection is way in the back, ashamed apparently by those of us not the perfect size 2 model. The staff was very rude and snotty when I went looking for my dress. I left and found a much nicer experience at another bridal shop downtown.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! The sales girls were fine, but i could tell that the owner pressures them to sell, by adding unneeded stress.
