We stayed at the hotel in December 2014. The staff were excellent. I had the opportunity to visit the spa and it was wonderful.
Rooms were clean, and decorated nicely.
The restaurant in the hotel is The Keg. One of our favorite steak houses! Food was terrific.

Easy access to town, shuttle service to mountain. The daily breakfast was good. The staff are attentive. The rooms clean and comfortable. There were several ski clubs staying here at same time and the hotel managed the numbers easily.

Spent three nights in this lovely hotel, with those renowned feather duvets and pillows.

An Ok hotel - they tend to put bussloads of tourists here, so if you want someing quiet it may not be for you. Rooms are comfortable but basic, furniture is a bit old & lived in, but nice reception & restaurants. Banff Caribou Lodge was not the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the curtains were in disarray. Staff weren't too friendly.

Unique Quality: This hotel has 3 hot-tubs, a steam room, and a sauna, as well as a "The Keg" restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Helpful front desk and clean, spacious accommodations. Hot tub and steam room are great features and with the Keg it's great to have a somewhat active bar.

Enjoyed the stone fireplace in the lobby. Great spot to read, meet and visit. Beds are comfy and pillows are great! Light on smoke detector was a bit like a spot light though. Very good hotel within 15 mins walking distance of the shops. Good reception area, bar & restaurant and the rooms were clean and typical hotel rooms. A good free spa with optional extra spa treatments and the reception staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The Lodge was nice and the staff friendly. It was within walking distance of downtown. The room was adequate, newly renovated and clean. Our particular room however, was not in a good location.
