Decent casino

I go to bacarrats often as well as palace as they share a rewards card if you sign up you get points as well as ten percent off meals I have won at baccarats playing slots and enjoy how close it is to downtown easy access

The restaurant within the facility is very decently priced and I was quite surprised with the quality!

The venue does need some renovations, but after speaking with staff I learned a new casino will be built adjacent to the new arena! And they wont be demolishing the casino until the new casino is ready to move into.

Worst casino ever Baccarat casino

Upper management is unqualified for their poison and there corrupted. They treat their staff like garbage and suck up to the high limit players which also treat the staff like garbage.

no c@!%s table

It's not too bad but is fairly small, there isn't much there, and no c@!%s table. We haven't tried the poker tables though, they seem fairly well set up.

Terrible

This casino makes the Palace casino look like the Bellagio. If you're ever in downtown Edmonton and looking for something fun to do DON'T go to this casino...Scary!

Very few people getting payouts, dangerous area

Very few payouts, many inner city drunks hanging out there. The food in the restaurant was disgusting.

casino hopping

Good food, better odds on winning, machines could be updated. Service staff in the restaurant have a bad attitude but food is good so you overlook this. Bar cocktails don't bother, they hardly put liquor in, but the odds are winning are better than the other casinos

Not bad for a small time casino

Nice tables, comfortable chairs at the sit down baccaract tables. The staff could be more experienced and friendly. My wife and I visit the restaurant in this casino at least 4 times monthly and have been doing so for years.We can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal there..

I think this casino has gone downhill. We came as two couple wanting to play some Blackjack. The casino had only two packed blackjack tables available. This place is getting replaced as soon as the new downtown arena gets built. Its too bad thats not going to be sooner. This place is a dive. If you want a better casino, go to the one in West Edmonton mall.
