This review is regarding their tiny cafe. I wasn't really sure about the ordering process at first. But after going twice, I got it down pat. Walk in door, line up behind the glass, order, turn left grab your chocolate milk, go to cashier, pay for it, grab a table and then wait to pick up your order.

Made the trek over the toll bridge to see what was here. I was happy to see a wide variety of milk, cream, butter, eggs and ice cream. . .all things I like to buy organically, and some even on sale. It was also cheaper than in stores (although with the toll it came out to about the same). However, the choices were nice to have.

While I have purchased the milk at save on, I had never been here personally. Not sure what to expect, I was very pleasantly surprised. We decided to sit and have some americanos (which were great btw) and they didnt even expect us to pay until we were done and had picked what we were buying! **Most delicious Chocolate Milk Evar!!**

The hubby swears by Avalon Dairy's chocolate milk. He drinks it so much that he basically uses the 1 litre glass bottle as his personal reusable cup. This dairy location is a place where we can get Avalon dairy milk for cheaper than at the supermarket, plus they have other things like ice cream, yogurt, eggs, and cheeses. The chocolate milk here is delicious. To appreciate how delicious it actually is, drink it after drinking normal chocolate milk, so amazing.

This dairy also has a nice deli which serves things like melts and beef dips as well as milkshakes! It's a bit off the beaten path but that makes it a special hidden gem.

Come here for the farm fresh milk, ice cream, cheese and homemade soup. In the summers they also make milkshakes!!!!

You might come here for Vancouver's best organic milk. Maybe you come here for the excellent and friendly service.

I'm here for the ice cream! It's so fresh and delicious, you can tell it was made like a few minutes ago. Ok maybe not that fresh, but try any flavor and you won't be disappointed. You might just bump into me sitting in the car having a double scooper.

In the midst of all the industrial buildings on N Fraser Way (just off of Marine Drive) is a little gem for dairy lovers. Avalon Dairy sells regular and organic milk products right from the source so that means you cut out the middle men. What does that mean? Lower prices and fresher merchandise.

Organic dairy is the ideal choice health-wise, but from a food lover's perspective, nothing beats its flavour, especially when the producer is based right out of Vancouver. That's as fresh as it can get.

The mothership of Avalon Dairy also features a small take-out deli. Milk is way cheaper here than at other retail outlets. Of course, the only reason to drive to this business park is to get the coveted Avalon chocolate milk in a bottle. You've got to taste this nectar!

On a side note, make sure you clean your glass bottles out and remove the plastic lids prior to returning them. They are nice... more
