Staff was great. They spoke fluent english which was very helpful. I was on a busibness trip, but the view of the lake was great.

Unnacceptable breakfast

This review relates strickly to the breakfast meal we were served last Friday. We were not guests at the hotel as we live in Brome Lake and were looking forward to a nice breakfast. The hotel's dining room opens for breakfast at 8 a.m. We arrived at 8:40, were seated at 8:45 and promptly served coffee from a thermal container.... plus

Good quality motel/hotel.

The individual room we had on the first level and not facing Lac Brome, was quiet and comfortable but of standard quality. Plenty of parking and an outdoor pool and nice gardens to the side. The common areas were actually quite cosy and peaceful. The dinning experience was excellent.

Il n'y avait que le lit du canapé lit qui était horriblement inconfortable. Je me suis fais un lit avec les cousins et la couette sur le plancher afin de mieux dormir. Pour le reste c'était très bien.

J'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et j'ai été très déçue de mon expérience. Le niveau sonore de l'air climatisé qui était vétuste était très bruyant. De plus, en arrivant à l'hôtel j'ai dû discuter avec le personnel pour obtenir le forfait publié par expédia. J'ai fait une plainte à l'hôtel et je n'ai pas eu de réponse à celle-ci. Very disappointed with our stay here. Not allowed an early check in, despite being told that the room had been ready since the day before. Shabby bland décor throughout the hotel. The beds are super comfortable and the food is superb! There is a small indoor pool and whirpool and an outside pool. My wife and our two babies stayed here for a long weekend in late May. The owners are both very nice. It is a pet-friendly hotel, which is part of the reason we chose it. Great service, very nice rooms, and very good food

Room:We were a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) staying in a very nice and well equipped suite on the 3 rd floor. It's very spacious, there is one bedroom with King Bed, 2 sofa beds (one on the mezzanine and one in the living room, 2 bathrooms a balcony, mini-fridge, stove and microwave oven.

Great experience, lots to do

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Auberge Quilliams. It was a great place! The food and service are excellent, the rooms, are comfortable and quiet. We came to downhill ski for the first two days, and cross-country on the third: everything is possible around here!
Looking forward to coming back next year... or perhaps this summer.

Pleasant stay between the lake and the faunic reserve

We spent a weekend in Auberge Quilliams. It is a hidden gem. If you like to observe the nature go there for a quite autumn or winter stay. The resto is fabulous. Excellent French kitchen with good wines. The sunset was splendid.

There's not much around here...just a lake and ski resort...There's not any recognizable hotel chains in this area of 5 little towns stringed together by country roads to make the Town of Lac Brome, so it's tough to know where to stay if you've never been to the area.

A tired hotel that clearly needs freshening up. Poor value for the price..
Went to their restaurant for the "Duck Festival Menu". Disappointing, mediocre food with VERY poor service. Trouble getting water, waiter never got around to pouring refills of wine, stale coffee - and then waited over an hour to get dessert!!

The breakfast we had at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately I didn't get to eat dinner there, but the menu looked fantastic, and if breakfast was any indication, I'm sure the rest of it is great as well.

Our experience was very good. It is a lovely setting in between Lac Bome and a wildlife refuge. There are canoes that you can use to explore the river in the refuge. There is a smalll private beach on the lake for the guests of the hotel.
