Staff was great. They spoke fluent english which was very helpful. I was on a busibness trip, but the view of the lake was great.
Well me and my husband book the suit room on 3rd floor and when we got there are room wasn't ready had to wait 2 hours for are room when we get to the room the bathtub was not clean reddish brown ring circled the tub the pull out couch sheets were dirty and smell then people yelling in the... plus
This review relates strickly to the breakfast meal we were served last Friday. We were not guests at the hotel as we live in Brome Lake and were looking forward to a nice breakfast. The hotel's dining room opens for breakfast at 8 a.m. We arrived at 8:40, were seated at 8:45 and promptly served coffee from a thermal container.... plus
The individual room we had on the first level and not facing Lac Brome, was quiet and comfortable but of standard quality. Plenty of parking and an outdoor pool and nice gardens to the side. The common areas were actually quite cosy and peaceful. The dinning experience was excellent.
Wonderful place, amazing location! Great costumer service and friendly staff.
Courteous staff. Front desk very helpful. Overall nice stay
I couldn't figure out why this place had so many good reviews until I found out that it has recently changed hands. Maybe it used to be a nice place but my experience was terrible - if this is how they plan to operate from now on I expect it won't be around for much longer.
I booked into a...

We reserved the "romantic package" which included a half bottle of rosé and chocolates... We never saw the wine and chocolates and the lady at the reception simply gave us the " I do not know what to say " . Room 101 faces the parking lot and has drapes but that's it... So when the drapes are open, there... plus
I bit dissappoited with this place i was expecting a cozy romantic place not to be. In need of some renovations. The staff is somewhat rude and unfriendly. I am sure there are nicer places in the area. Will not be back here. The breakfast was okay the staff at the resto was not at all friendly regretted leaving a... plus
Very disappointed with our stay here. Not allowed an early check in, despite being told that the room had been ready since the day before. Shabby bland décor throughout the hotel. Stained bath robes, torn bed linen and rusty interior of kitchenette fridge didn't create a good impression. Empty minibar - you had to go to reception to buy drinks... plus
We accidentally happened upon this beautiful place and are so happy we did!!!

Everything was completely perfect!!!! We will be back!!!

We were in the area to participate in the "Tour du Lac Brome" on June 15th 2013. Prefering lodging which offered a kitchenette, we opted for the Auberge Quilliams. Our room was on the ground floor facing the lake. No view whatsoever, but it didn't matter seeing as we were there for one night only. Although the hotel is located... plus
The beds are super comfortable and the food is superb! There is a small indoor pool and whirpool and an outside pool. The Inn is right in front of the beautiful Lac Brome and there is a private beach. We also enjoyed taking a canoe stroll on the quiet river in the back (faunic reserve). A very nice place and... plus
We booked 1 night at the end of may. Went with husband and 4 months old baby. Unfortunately it rained/snowed the whole day so the only thing to do was the pool/spa. The pool was really cold and small. It felt crowed with only 4 persons in it. The spa was full the whole afternoon (4 places), thanks to a... plus
Quilliam is a country inn near the charming town of Knowlton (since mergers officially part of Lac Brome). The staff is very friendly and helpful (in both official languages). The rooms are clean and modern. We had a larger room with fireplace and king bed. There was a coffe maker with the trimmings, a fridge and a selection of movies... plus
We booked this little trip with Tuango and got a great deal..Suite with two floors. The furniture in the rooms needs updating but for a weekend it was okay. One suite was facing the lake and the other the nature park. We arrived late with no restaurant reservations and the resto was fully booked. The front desk employee was very... plus

Overnight stay at this inn was less than average quality wise.
We had sejourned at this property about 2 years ago and it sure has gone downhill since. This Inn is overdue for a major redecoration and furnishings update. Our room was carpeted with several carpet stains, the bath area was mildewed. There was no electrical power to the rooms when we...

I wanted to take a short drive to the Eastern Townships for a relaxing lunch with family. After a bit of research I settled on the Auberge Quilliams in Knowlton. We made a reservation for lunch, although it probably wasn't necessary.
The restaurant/inn are quite lovely. The food and service were terrific. I recommend the Duck Lac Brome -- a...

My boyfriend and I stayed a couple of nights at Auberge Quilliams in early June, just before peak season. Our room on the 2nd floor faced the lake side but traffic on the road at that time of year wasn't an issue (and I'm a light sleeper). The room was clean, comfortable and well-laid out. The bedding all appeared to... plus
My husband and I spent the weekend (2 nights) at Quilliam and we are very satisfied. We dine at the restaurant on our 1st night. It was not cheap ($175 for 2), but was worth it. We had chosen a 4 course meal with duck breast as main course, but they also offer 7 course meals. The rooms are spacious... plus
Spent two nights at Auberge Quilliams, catching up with our son, in a top-floor suite. The room faced the reserve faunique behind the auberge, with good views and away from any road noise. The room configuration was fine - king bed/armoire in open loft upstairs and sofa-bed/full washroom on the main level. The mini-kitchen/table would be useful for those wanting... plus
My sister and I have been at Quilliams for two nights in August.
The hotel is very well located in front of Lac Brome.
We had a room with a balcony facing the lake.
Very quiet and charming.
Food is excellent : potage andalouse, duck and beef filet were delicious.
Outdoor pool appreciated. There is a hot tub and indoor...

My wife and our two babies stayed here for a long weekend in late May. The owners are both very nice. It is a pet-friendly hotel, which is part of the reason we chose it. (There was nothing special for the dog, but it worked out fine; they did charge extra fees.) The location is pretty good, across the street... plus
We were looking for peace and harmony, a quiet environment, relaxation over a few days and that’s what we have found at Quilliams. We have seen ducks, geese, herons and other birds from our balcony that we have quite enjoyed without being experts. The sunset over the lake is spectacular. We may come back in the summer to explore the... plus

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Auberge Quilliams. It was a great place! The food and service are excellent, the rooms, are comfortable and quiet. We came to downhill ski for the first two days, and cross-country on the third: everything is possible around here!
Looking forward to coming back next year... or perhaps this summer.
We spent a weekend in Auberge Quilliams. It is a hidden gem. If you like to observe the nature go there for a quite autumn or winter stay. The resto is fabulous. Excellent French kitchen with good wines. The sunset was splendid.
There's not much around here...just a lake and ski resort...There's not any recognizable hotel chains in this area of 5 little towns stringed together by country roads to make the Town of Lac Brome, so it's tough to know where to stay if you've never been to the area.
I had to travel to the area for a summer business trip and the Auberge Quilliams was recommended by co-workers. It's a quaint...

I stayed at the Auberge Quilliams for 7 nights and would recommend the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A tired hotel that clearly needs freshening up. Poor value for the price..
Went to their restaurant for the "Duck Festival Menu". Disappointing, mediocre food with VERY poor service. Trouble getting water, waiter never got around to pouring refills of wine, stale coffee - and then waited over an hour to get dessert!!
Of course service was included at 20%...

Stayed here for a few days on a work-related trip to Knowlton. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and my room was really nice and very comfy!
The breakfast we had at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately I didn't get to eat dinner there, but the menu looked fantastic, and if breakfast was any indication, I'm sure the rest of it is great as well.

We stayed at Auberge Quilliams for three nights.
Our experience was very good. It is a lovely setting in between Lac Bome and a wildlife refuge. There are canoes that you can use to explore the river in the refuge. There is a smalll private beach on the lake for the guests of the hotel.
Rooms have recently been renovated,...
