Great location to walk to all parts of Old Quebec

We thoroughly enjoyed 5 full days of walking to all the places of interest each day. Everyone at the hotel was helpful for everything we required. We were able to have a new adventure everyday. Personnel gentil et serviable. Bonnes indications faciles à suivre pour se rendre dans le Vieux (15minutes de marche). Déjeuner laisse un peu à désirer. J'y retournerais.

Not is Old Quebec

When I booked this hotel, it was indicated that it was located in Old Quebec. It is quite a stretch to say that it is in Old Quebec. Probably about 8-10 blocks from Old Quebec. The breakfast was very good, and rooms large. Bathroom was old, but clean. Other than the miscommunication on the location, I was fairly satisfied. Price was high though.

We were there for a few nights and loved it! Everything about our stay was fantastic. Clean quiet and extremely comfortable beds....amazingggg eggs in the breakfast. Will definitely return!

lovely hotel with super staff and very good ethos

We enjoyed staying here. It is in St Roch lower town. It takes about 30 mins to walk into the old town of Quebec. The local cafes and restaurants are very good (especially cafe babelone recommended by hotel staff).Easy to access from Route 20.Parking is nearby but you can unload outside. We had a deluxe room but standard rooms also very nice. Excellent eggs for breakfast.

Perfect fit!

Had no idea from online pics about layout, but knew about stairs only. However, this included stairs up from street to lobby, then down from lobby to breakfast room (a very pleasant experience), then four floors up to my room. Stairway a bit narrow, but walls allowed peeks at the old building bricks and wooden beam headers from original building. Soon learned most of Quebec City was uphill!... plus

Nice little inn

Rooms where fair size, clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with directions and requests. Not fancy or brand new but fairly priced with all necessary amenities and well maintained. Breakfast included was alright but nothing unique or special; by day three out of six I got breakfast elsewhere to enjoy local cafés and restaurants. Pas mal mais un peu cher

Bel hôtel, bien situé. La chambre est grande et bien éclairé. Par contre l'odeur de la moquette laisse à désirer et pas d'aération dans la salle de bain franchement on a pas idée.

A cozy little hotel

This is a nice little lower-budget hotel. Staff and service were very good and rooms looked nice and included all essential. There were some issues with the air conditioning (noise), but the staff handled the situation well and immediately organized me a replacement room. I would visit again.

Good position, just near the old quebec area.

There are breakfast provided, although I missed one breakfast for getting up too late, the hotel staff still helped me with some coffee and bread. The position of the hotel is near old quebec city. I walked to the area during my vocation.

This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Also, the included breakfast was a real breakfast.

We loved the openness of the room, high ceilings, and large windows. The bathroom had both a spa tub and corner shower, which was large enough for my tall husband to wash his hair comfortably. The breakfast was ''continental plus''. Besides the standard fair, there was fresh break, eggs, and cheese.

Front desk staff could not speak english. Parking was close by.

Like a college dorm room...

Be prepared to have a room that isn't anything like what you see in the pictures. Our room was with 2 queen beds (not the one king as paid for) and smelled terribly from the moment you walked in. The windows opened straight into a buidling about 3 feet away so you have a view only of the siding next door. Clean and comfortable

Walked/hiked the city, not missing an inch of the "old town". Loved the city and this was a great location for convenience. Breakfast was great on the weekend, but not as great by Tuesday.

not just a cookie cutter hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Location was perfect for the Moulin à Images outdoor light show. Room and common space art was impressive. A very positive experience.
