Gracious friendly hosts. Clean comfortable room. Firmest mattress of our whole trip. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Right at the beach.
Kamouraska is a lovely little town. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We had a very pleasant night at the Auberge Foin de Mer in Kamouraska on a trip to Nova Scotia. The Auberge is located on a quiet street with a beautiful first row view of the St Laurence river which is so wide at this point that it is really as sea view (the water is actually sea water and... more
The Foin de Mer, where I stayed for three days, was a perfect winter get-away. The road, driveway and front walk were kept ploughed and bare of snow, and I could walk quite a distance along the river and loop back through the village. There were no problems either finding the auberge, or driving between it and the main road.... more

if you go down there its the place to stay , the view is wonderfull, the host are very nice and friendly, the uberge is immaculatly clean, you may take a few pounds cause the food is great and also go for a walk to the village and dont forget to ask the owner to tell you the story about... more

It is may be worth staying here one day. It is a very beautiful landscape, nice people in the auberge. It is very nice and very close... more
