L air climatisé est bien trop bruiteur presque pas dormi de la nuit.Le contact entre le chateaux et l auberge pour le golf a été très difficile il m a fallut faire 3 voyage d en haut en bas pour venir a bout d avoir un droit de jeux qui avait été paye.

Very scenic setting, nice window view. Great outdoor pool & hot tub. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Decent restaurant. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Noisy bathroom water pipes.

Everything worked in our room. Room was clean. Hotel staff friendly. We have no complains.

It was ok

Overall, it was ok. We picked it because of the price. The room had a really strong smell (deodorant or carpet perfum). We had a hard time to get used to the smell. Great view though.

Should of chosen the Chateau instead

Sunday to Monday stay. Rate does not justify taking the Auberge instead of the Chateau as it used to be before. Auberge definitely requires some TLC and updates. Une vue exceptionnelle!

Le service était vraiment courtois. Nous avons pu faire notre souper amoureux entre deux grands arbres avec table et vue sur le terrain de golf et montagne. Un bain tourbillon a sur parfaire notre soirée. La chambre était parfaite. On va y retourner!!

Stayed here for a few nights, friendly staff and good food. My room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. Some of the other areas were waiting for upgrade but overall a nice experience. Good location but watch all the stop signs and very active speed cops!

Just back from a Mother's Day weekend and I would not recommend this hotel. Pay the extra and stay at the Chateau-Bromont, not the Auberge.
First, the hotel is not clearly marked so you will have a hard time finding it if you are coming in the evening.

Great view if you get the North Side

Ask for the North side or get the parking lot. The rooms are non-descriptive, check-in, pass a few days and check-out type of room. Small bathroom, 2 hard Queen beds, rubber pillows and loud a/c.

Wintry fun

Stayed here just one night while snowboarding in Bromont. Though not a luxury stay, our time here was quite pleasant, and the staff were helpful. Parking abounded, and there were many restaurants nearby.

My two daughters and I stayed at the Auberge during the Bromont International Horse show in July 2011. The staff was extremely unfriendly and incompetent. Our keys needed to be re-newed several times, the room sheets were stained, all back and side doors remained unlocked throughout the night so people were easily coming and going without staff having any awareness... plus

The Auberge du Chateau Bromont was a good experience, the hotel offered many activities for kids and the staff was very helpful. They also have free internet. Clean rooms and nice view of the mountains. The thing I did not like was that the pool was in the Chateau so we had to take a shuttle to get there. [...] Not breakfast included.

I asked the front desk person to change the room I had reserved via internet to a room with mountain views. The attendant said that no room with view on the mountain available at the same rate. WIth some persuasion, she looked at the list of rooms more closely and did find the executive room at $119 a night. I speak French and that probably helped as I never heard anyone at this hotel speak anything but French. The hostesses at the reception area were professional and courteous, I asked no more. There was a lemon water dispenser in the lobby in the evening, and coffee in the morning. You are right on the golf course, so bring your clubs, or at least a putter for the practice green right outside... plus
