Overall, our experience with Ashley Furniture has been pretty darn good. The store-room sales experience was great (of course), but my wife and I were a bit worried when we read all these bad reviews online saying people didn't get their stuff, or it came damaged, so we were a bit on edge in the interm period while we were waiting for our delivery.

The sales and management staff were very patient and helpful with us. The delivery team showed up within the time window and were very courteous and polite. We had to do an exchange and repair on our furniture and it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with them. I will be recommending them to friends and family for sure.

I purchased my coffee tables from Ashely's and I really like them. As we were putting them together I noticed the legs on one set were not wood, almost seemed like a plastic, resin type of material. We spend the day furniture shopping and hit up many of Ashley's competitors such as the Brick, Leons, etc. The experience at furniture stores is relative since they're all trying to get the most margin out of their product lines.
