Not the greatest atmosphere
The food is great but I preferred the atmosphere when they were still up beside West Street. I'm not a fan of watching people walk by while I'm dining in.

Great home-cooked meals
Great place to go for a 'home-cooked' meal. Plenty of food on your plate for a good price. Service is fairly quick, especially if you order from the cafeteria line. The only downfall is that they run out of some of their best-selling items pretty quickly.

Good breakfast & lunch menu
September 10, 2013My husband & I visited Aromas Plus during a recent visit to Corner Brook. We had breakfast, but the menu had a variety for lunch as well. The dessert selection looked very tempting - all homemade. Very reasonably priced!

Great fish and chips
August 29, 2013Wanted good fish and chips in Corner Brook and found them here. Waitress directed me away from the seafood platter and to the (cod) fish and chips which was a good call. Portions were very good. Service was quick and friendly. Washroom was very clean. I'd eat there again for sure.

Hearty breakfast menu

Loved the laid back feel as you walked in the door. Very spacious and the food had a great home-cooked meal taste to it.
It may not have the fruit cup or greek yogurt you may be looking for but it sure had a great breakfast menu for a very reasonable price (under $10).

Not a good experience

I went into this restaurant (with my newborn) nearly an half an hour before they closed their lunch service. I was met at the entrance by a host/server and when I asked if i could sit for lunch i was told that I had 20 mins and then I had to get out!

August 05, 2012I was there this morning and had the super breakfast with hard boiled eggs (specifically wrote on our bill). Well when I got the eggs the yolk was runny and even some of the white was like jelly, not cooked. The waitress never returned to our table even after making eye contact several times. July 31, 2012Went for breakfast and was served by the chef who had his very, very dirty whites on. Ordered eggs over easy which were more like hardboiled. Good food, fair price, great staff
July 16, 2012The selection is really good and you have a choice of ordering from the menu or a more cafeteria style from their many daily specials. The prices are fair, portion sizes and good and the staff and attentive and friendly. The salads are sooo good. The orange / almond and the broccoli salads were my favorites.

May 24, 2012Never had a meal here I didn't like, and the variation is incredible. It's all 'home-styled' cooking, along with MANY 'healthy' options as well! They have FABULOUS salads, but if you're in the mood for a cheat - you have to try their desserts!! OH MY - there is no comparison anywhere!!

If you're looking for fine dining, this isn't the place to go. However, the type of meals that they offer are hearty, filling, and very much home-style.
Their all-day breakfast is super freakin' delicious, so I would definitely recommend that to anyone who asks.
They are not very vegetarian/vegan friendly, which is a downfall, but overall, I like the place.

They are often very busy with all the tables full. The place is crowded by tables and people. You do not have much extra room.
The food is good. There is a good selection of both healthy and non-healthy food with reasonable prices. The specials are quite repeative but there is enough selection of non-specials that you get a variety....
