It was good. There was a dog parking next door while the occupants were out on day. I told front desk, but to be fair its not like they can do anything about it. Pleasant stay.

We are a family of four. Check-in and check out was fast. Friendly staff. We ask for 2 extra pillows and it came right away. Hot tub was great.

Needs a makeover

The location is great and the staff were friendly. The overall hotel needs modernization. The carpets are looking worn, key cards were difficult and we had to get our cards replaced a few times, towels were no soft, we had to ask for towels for the hot tub, bathroom fixtures were leaky and the toilet water ran on the occasion. Staff very courteous and helpful; room clean; plenty of free parking; a quick walk to restaurants so not too close to be noisy. Also, window opens so fresh air is available. Pleasantly surprised

We had trouble finding accommodation for 3 nights in Jasper. The reviews for this hotel had not been wonderful and we were a bit unsure. Our stay was great. The staff were very accommodating, the hotel centrally located and right next door to a supermarket. There was not fridge, but ice was freely available and we were travelling with a cold bag.

It was really long night in a less that desirable hotel. We were very disappointed that Hotel.com suggested this hotel in Jasper and I called Hotels.com to complain. Terrible beds, dingy bedspreads, carpet, smell in room. Hair dryer in room was plugged into bad outlet and started buzzing and smelled like burnt plastic. Would suggest you take this hotel off any of recommended hotels in Jasper.

Not a bad place to stay and one of the more reasonably priced options for Jasper. If willing to walk a little, you can even walk to all the town attractions/restaurants as parking is at a premium in Jasper townsite.

We stayed here on night on our roadtrip across Canada. It was fine though the building is old, you could here people in the hallways pretty easily, and the light from outside could never be fully blocked. But it was cheap so it was get what you pay for.

In serious need of a complete reno

I've stayed here my last 2 trips to Jasper. Why? Because its cheap.
Rooms are very much dated. Sinks are stained. Beds are doubles, not queens. Heater worked though. Shower worked. water was hot. plenty of towels.
Rooms are clean enough. only 2 small hot tubs. 1 pillow was complete junk, the other, adequate.
