I put new windows in my house 5 years ago. I have since had trouble with our basement windows leaking cold air in the winter. One of the block and tackle parts of our window was broken and no longer under warranty. Bad installation and worse customer service

Job completion is months overdue as a result of botched installations, orders not placed and orders misplaced, unreturned phone calls and evasive representatives, and they insist this level of customer service is "great". Extremely expensive and not worth a penny of it.
