Terrible customer service. I went in to return a pair of boots. The sales girls were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and the opposite of helpful. They didn't want to deal with me, and told me I had no choice but to return the boots online. Won't be shopping here again.

I have tried to buy shoes from Aldo on occasion; but rarely have success with my size being in-store. I usually get referred to the online store to see if my size is available; but most recently I haven't had any luck.

On my recent venture for sandals, I found myself at Aldo a few times. I went in, I came out. I went in, I came out....I ended up buying 2 pair of sandals and a day later, returned both of them and in turn bought 2 more pair from the same location. I think my style changed overnight!

Aldo Shoes, usually has a great selection of shoes and handbags.
I often go in here to see what is new for the season. They tend to have some great sales as well.

I like the selection of Hand Bags, I am a bit of a freak for these things. It is my one downfall. I think they have an equally great selection for the men as well. It caters to the young to mid age group.

Aldo Shoes is a great place to hit when you're looking for fashionable shoes at a decent price. Personally, I like the handbag and jewelry selection - the leather purses are very reasonable and I'm still using one, five years later. I've even had complete strangers stop me on the street and compliment me on my bag!
