Knowledgeable and professional
Reid is very good at explaining what he's doing to make your carpets look better. We have used him a few times now and have been extremely satisfied with his attention to detail. With two small children, we will definitely have a need for Reid over the next few years.
The best for over 30 years!
I can't be more pleased every time Reid comes into my house. I get exactly the same best service that I got from his father Len before him. The minute he walks into the house, I am free to leave - that is how much you can trust this person and when i come back - voila - the rugs are like new again. What I especially love, is the fact that I don't have this big hose with an open front door. He brings this compact small machine into the house. I would highly recommend this company over any other in The City of Calgary - and who is more qualified than I am to make such a claim - I have used this company for over 30 years and every time the service is perfect, he arrives on time - the Best in the West! Carpet and Upholstery cleaning recommendation
Reid, the owner of this company and the person that came to clean was very professional and I was extremely pleased with his work. His company has been in business for many years and he was referred to me. Apparently, he doesn't advertise and works from referrals so when my friend referred me I felt comfortable with him. I also felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I was out, knowing that he is the only one who comes to do the work and is the owner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends.

Once again we were totally impressed with Reid's work. Reid is both knowledgable and conscientious about his work. I would strongly recommend him to clean your carpets.
