I've had my regular check ups and wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Thompson. I honestly have nothing but nice things to say about the office in regards to my visits. I cant comment on pricing though as I do have a dental plan which makes it all very affordable for me. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends!!

Good Service

I went in for an emergency check up due to an aching tooth, and the staff were very accommodating and concerned for my well being. They were able to fit me in at a time for an appointment at a convenient time, and I was given prescriptions and antibiotics to assist in the meantime. They also did a follow up after when I had a few concerns, and fixed the issue.

At ease

I have a lot of pretty major issues. On top of that I am a very nervous paitent and normally HATE going to the dentist. but coming to this office made me feel a little less anxious about all the work I need. The Dr is very friendly and although I have a long road ahead with my teeth, knowing I'll be taken care of makes a huge difference. Can't wait to be smiling again!

I recently had my teeth checked and cleaned, and although this is only routine the care, thoughtfulness and patience of the hygenist, Courtney, was very much appreciated as I am aware I do have a "gag" issue. Although always busy Dr. Thompson takes the time to explain the dental procedures required.

Chew far, chew good

A thank you to the entire team at Advance: the bridge is sitting very comfortably -- last night I enjoyed a steak -- a steak! -- with both sides of my mouth for the first time in a long time. My dental work was not easy to deal with, I know, but it was done with great care, patience and humour and I appreciate it very much.

Where other dentists said they would have to remove all my teeth, Dr Thompson suggested we save what we can, and that is exactly what he did....even after hours, back in December 2010. I am making an appointment for three implants for my lower dentures, (another dentist pulled them all out), which was not required, found out later.

Full Scale Dentistry

I booked an appointment as a new patient on Thursday, I saw the dentist on Monday, who introduced me to a denturist in the same building, and an appointment was set for the next day. Exactly 8 days later my teeth were extracted and my dentures were awaiting me.

I really enjoyed your service and believe that the small things will continue making the company successful. EG: Complimentary toothbrush, floss, etc.Also having the customer only pay the difference the Insurance company won't cover makes the appointment a little less stressful as Dental work can be expensive if paid up-front.
