I frequent the Granville location, however, this is my first time at the W.4th location. I find the selection here slim compared to the one on Granville, however, the customer service here to be better. I fell in love with an umbrella with mermaids.

I cannot remember her name no matter how hard I try.....

But the chick running the piercing show is fantastic. I needed a nose ring put in as I couldn't do it my own damn self. She was fast, friendly, and accurate with all the things. My piercing was rather fresh but she made this happen relatively pain free.

Everyone was friendly and the piercer (Kyle) talked to me the entire time and let me know what was happening during the process so there weren't any surprises. Gloves and sanitising practices the entire process.

She talked to my daughter the whole time and made sure that she understood all about the piercing and how to take care of it.
