Great Experience
My experience with Safetech has been completely positive. They installed our alarm system about 18 months ago for our four bedroom home in central Toronto. The sales guy was friendly and honest about what we needed, and even steered us away from an expensive upsell. When I showed him a quote from another company, he explained the differences, and took the time to compare the actual equipment that would be installed in each case. What sold me were three of my friends and a co-worker who all use Safetech and had nothing but great things to say.
The installers were courteous, and when the installation proved to be difficult due to a mess of existing wiring in one of my walls, they still got the job done without problems. It was clean, without extra holes or anything like that. The cameras all work great, and everything was done in a single visit, for the price quoted. No issues with the monitoring.

Wow, they just sent the 3rd collection agency after me! Previous two gave up after seeing the evidence emails between me and SafeTech representative. Here is screenshot of the collection notice: dropbox.com/s/f67hycrkpm…
This company is full of vengeance, avoid them and save yourself a lot of headaches with collection agencies and credit rating getting hurt.

These guys are a joke! They get you to sign a three-year contract, then when you want to cancel after the three years, they say that they need a 3 month notice before cancelation takes effect! Then after that three years and three months are fully paid for, they charge you for another three months and threaten your credit rating with their collection agency!
