Awful service from start to finish
January 03, 2013Went in to get a quick bite to eat and ended up waiting 20 minutes from the time I ordered during dinner service. Workers had no idea what orders were ending up in what bags, and started serving customers who had ordered after me before I had to loudly get their attention and ask for my food or a refund.... more

Great Service
September 06, 2012Love this A & W. Service and food are consistently excellent and great value for you money. The one disappointment was having our to stay drinks served in paper cups rather than glass mugs.
