Wow!!!! Amazing!

I was walking around in Marda Loop and chanced upon a beautiful little store Cookie Occasion caught me by surprise.. I walked in and the smell was amazing!!! Only to followed by the most amazing cookie I have ever tasted... It was moist and had 3 types of chocolate that melted in my mouth!!! The young lady was polite and friendly.. I can't wait to enjoy another cookie!!!!

went in twice - both times cookies were good and fresh - customer service terrible! rude girl both times - we all have a rough day and thought the yummy product could warrant a second chance - smae awful service - refuse to go back, purely based on this.

I got cookies for my dad here once, and while the sales lady was very friendly and helpful with recommending cookies to get (I had never been there before), the cookies were not that great. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but the cookies were hard and seemed like they weren't very fresh. The best cookies!

I've been to the shop numerous times and the product is always fantastic and all the staff very helpful! I've tried cookies from other places in town and don't find them nearly as good as these. As for the customer service, I've never had a bad experience, last week I was in, it was very busy and the one girl on staff was still helpful and pleasant.

Horrible customer service! The sales lady was very rude, and not helpful at all. Cookies are over priced and not that great. Will not go back again.

I cannot tell you how much I love this place.The cookies are positively delicious! I would like it if the flavors were a bit stronger because some of the ingredients get lost in the massive cookies but other than that I love every one. My favorite is the Molasses Mountain Mix.I urge you to give this place a try!

A Cookie Occasion smells like heaven upon entering. It hard not to want to take ALL the varieties of cookies home. These cookies are always just perfect - a wonderful assortment of crisp, chewy, chocolate and nutty...like a box of bon-bons, only better, way better.What a perfect housewarming or host gift or....personal indulgence.
