En créant Toqué! nous tenions à mettre en valeur les produits du terroir québécois et le travail de ceux qui nous ravitaillent. Nous tenons plus que jamais à souligner la contribution de ces fournisseurs qui méritent le titre glorieux d'artisans. Nous leur devons le foie gras de canard ou la salicorne; l'agneau ou les petits légumes, les fruits de mer ou les fines herbes.

An elegant evening with great food !
Toqué! is a 5-star restaurant that you have to visit at least once. And you must select the Gourmet menu - a seven course mystery meal, served with 5 different wines. It's a little pricey...but you only live once !
The service and atmosphere are excellent.
A must on your list of restaurants in Montreal.

Despite the French name of this eatery, the lineage of Normand Laprise's cuisine is strictly Berkeley, which means the veneration of local ingredients, many from Québec). Great food, good service
May 11, 2012Restaurant Toque! has been around for a while but still keep a good level of both food and service. I find it one of the best places in Montreal to take a party or to go by yourself and sit at the bar to get the menu served there, and meet interesting people!

Très bon restaurant. Nous l'avons essayé sur l'heure du midi et le service était impeccable et rapide. Le cocktail signature était délicieux! J'ai toutefois détesté le dessert, conseillé par la serveuse, une orange avec une crème à l'intérieur (du moins dans mes souvenirs c'était une crème), vraiment pas mémorable. Le café latté était sublime. Prix abordables le midi, à essayer!

The meat so nicely cooked, and sported an impeccable mouthsome.
