Belle ambiance.

Restaurant très populaire à Québec. La viande est excellente mais les patates et légumes ressemblent à des aliments congelés. Le service est parfois lent car il y a toujours beaucoup de monde (surtout le samedi). Il est toujours préférable de réserver.

I worked in Quebec for 2 years and Restaurant Rascal was my favourite restaurant where I ate excellent food with good wine most weekends when I was in the city and also took business associates there.
