Named for a French dessert (an almond-topped pastry filled with butter cream), this is one of the best restaurants outside the walls, tendering a polished performance from greeting to check. The service was impeccable, and not at all pretentious given the upscale atmosphere. Waitstaff was very attentive and knowledgable. Wide variety of cocktails and delicious, creative cuisine. Highly recommended!!

I suggest you avoid this restaurant, and any other in the surrounding: they are tourist traps, and they won't give you a real taste of what Quebec City can offer you. Plus last time I was at Paris Brest, the food was quite ordinary, and the service, awful.
