Neither a butcher shop nor a pickup joint, MeatMarket is actually a stylish, gourmet sandwich-and-burger cafe. It's on a nondescript block of boulevard St-Laurent well north of the fancier restaurant action. May 18, 2012Best Freakin' Burgers and Poutine in Montreal BY FAR! Sweet potato fries are awesome too! Overall, great food, great concept, great value for the money. Very trendy urban texas like decor. Enjoyed every second at this casual little restau. Service is concise and you are not constantly hounded by waitresses. Overall very pleased with my visit there! RECOMMENDED!
