Terrible service & food
August 23, 2011The owners seemed very unhappy at our arrival at this place and were rude throughout.We asked for water, but were not told that we would have to pay for the bottled water they gave us.The owner tried to force me to order an appetizer & wouldn't let my partner order only a starter.Both meals were awful. March 21, 2010On March 15, 2010, my husband and I went to L'Autre Saison to eat lunch. It was recommended to us from our hotel, The Fairmont. When we arrived at about 11:20 am, the doors were locked. We began to walk away when I saw the owner walking up to the door. J'ai été très déçu. Je m'attendais à beaucoup plus après la lecture des commentaires que j'ai trouvé. Je n'ai pas été capable de me faire servir en français, ce qui est inacceptable à Montréal. Le repas a été bon, mais ce restaurant ne mérite pas selon moi la réputation qu'il a. Ont peut trouver bien mieux ailleurs, surtout autour de crescent, ste-catherine, sherbrooke et cie.
