Terrible Service, Terrible restaurant

The food was not fresh. In fact, we suspected that it might have been recycled when we dined there recently. We ordered simple dishes and the service was extremely slow.
It took over 30 minutes to serve our dishes. As we waited we took it as a positive sign that the order was being prepared fresh. Instead, the chicken brochette was cold and the fish was re-fried and extremely oily and cold. Reheated food tends to cool down rather quickly. This was the only possible explanation for the terrible taste and cold temperature. Even the french fries were re fried. We brought this to the attention of the server who said she would go tell the chef and then come back. When she returned to the dining room, she stayed away from our table and kept busy attending to other tables. She only returned to give us the bill with the full charge for everything ordered.
