Carte Blanche is the new leader of Montreal’s Bistronomie trend and is now a BRING YOUR OWN WINE establishment.

Beautiful restaurant. Vert attentive staff couldn't be more accommodating. Apologized for having no English menus. Hey we ARE in Quebec
Gave me dessert to take home in their own dish. Said that would make me want to come back to return it. No problem thereWe were 14 and EVERYONE. loved it
