I love Bar-B-Barn simply for their ribs. I can take or leave the sides, and the ambiance... well, it's special. I adore their ribs, and always have to take them back home when visiting family!
The ribs here are very good! The chicken is good, but the ribs are very tender and juicy. Not overly covered with sauce and they practically "fall off the bone".
Très décevant; réputation surfaite. Heureusement que l'éclairage est bas car ainsi, on évite de voir toute la quantité de gras qu'on avale avec ces ribs. Le minuscule bol de riz tiède qui accompagne le plat principal fait pitié; les frites sont correctes et la salade de légumes est le point fort du repas. c est le festival du gras et du plywood. c est bon pour nos amis des etat unis, tu vois a peine ce que tu manges a cause du peu eclairage, les tables sont tres collé entre elle, mais la cerise sur le sunday c est : le ptit bol de riz figé qui a remplace le bol de sauce a l epoque.
Ceux qui aiment ces ribs-là... n'ont forcément jamais gouté les baby back ribs de chez Bâton Rouge. Il n'y a aucune comparaison. Jamais plus Bar-B-Barn.
