Great atmosphere and certainly the place where you will try foie gras in the largest variety of unusual dishes
Owner-chef Martin Picard first garnered wide-ranging attention for Au Pied de Cochon (The Pig’s Foot) with his fancy version of a Québec staple, poutine: fries, cheese curds and gravy made upscale with a foie gras sauce. So much for watching your cholesterol.
Whatever you do, don't let your cardiologist see Martin Picard's menu; if he spots the pigs' feet stuffed with foie gras, he's liable to have a stroke, and he won't be too happy about the pork hocks braised in maple syrup, either, or the oreilles-de-crisse (literally, Christ's ears) -- crispy, deep-fried crescents of pork skin that Picard serves as appetizers. But it's foie gras that Picard... plus

Dined here for a friend's birthday and it did not disappoint. Just plan on going all in here and be ready for a decadent dining experience. The deep fried Fois Gras is absolutely not to be missed and is the fois gras poutine. (no it's not to much Fois!) This is also one of the few restaurants that truly believes in the magic of air conditioning! Arrive hungry and be prepared to lie down for a... plus
We had our last night in Montreal and my boyfriend and i decided to go to this restaurant. I recommend getting a reservation though, i made that mistake because they were fully committed. As my boyfriend and I were leaving. This hostess literally ran out and said there was a table available. I was just shocked and jubilant after that. I had the foie gras poutine and my boyfriend had the... plus
