I really enjoy the casual nature of this print shop. I like that the owners are around, and that they play lively music to save us all from the boring sound of copy machines all day. Customer service is usually very good. Their regular staff are all great. I see a new face once in a while and that's the only time customer service slips. I would pay them twice what Staples charges, just to deal... more
