Stay away from this place

I went to Dr. Woolliscroft at the Renu-Elle MD clinic in Leduc Alberta because I was interested in adding some fullness to my lips.  

He quickly assessed me and said "the nice thing about Juvederm is that less is more and you can use a little, stop, look at the progress and proceed if you wish".  So I thought I was in good hands.  He said that for what I want (top lip and bottom lip) shouldn't be more than half of a vile at the very most.  

So he laid me back, did the injection and gave me a mirror.  What I saw made me start to cry instantly.  I looked like a duck.  I was mortified by how much he put in my top lip.  I asked him "Well there's more so we can even this out, right".. and he Said "No, turns out I got carried away and I used the whole vial".  He pumped the entire vial in just my top lip.. and I seriously mean PUMPED IT IN.  He did it so fast and forced it all into 2 small spots that it came out the inside of my lip.  I had 2 huge bags hanging down the inside of my mouth.  They were hanging down so far that they covered my teeth.  

By the next day the bags inside my lips were starting to blister.  I couldn't show my face at work and had to miss a couple days and I had to pay even more out of pocket to get it fixed somewhere else because I would never trust that doctor again.  The woman that fixed it said it was the WORST juvederm injection she had ever seen. She had never had to fix sush a huge mess before she saw Dr. Woolliscrofts work.

He knew I was upset (the "after" photo he took of me was me crying my eyes out).  I met him one evening to ask for a refund which he refused (he came in stinking of cigarettes)..  he said the swelling wasn't bad (obviously - it was after i had already had a heavy injection of Hyaluronidase to break it all up).. So he pretended as though I had liked it when I left and thought he did a good job.  

The people that I did come into contact with who saw the results have told me that they will never get Juvederm.  Not only did this man mutilate my face, his reviews online from other patients say that he's always rushed and so I wouldn't put it past him to mutilate someone else's face too.  

You should really consider going else where if this is what you're thinking of doing. Take the extra time and go to Edmonton, where professionals work.. Because this clinic clearly doesn't hire qualified people.. And just because someone is a doctor does not mean they know how to administer injectables.
