Don't Park where ur not suppose to
Stop ur belly aching Brandon... I know how these guys work... You say u were in the store too long, well if u provide proof that u actually at the store u were suppose to be in the towing would have been free..
They only tow if you park in a lot for one store but go to another... They actually do have people watching the lots they work..
So you see the yellow sign, thing twice about illegally parking there. These guys are fast...
Very Unprofessional
This business was very unprofessional to us. When they towed our car out of a grocery store parking lot for taking too long, we found ourselves being harassed for taking pictures of the parking lot and it's non-english signs.
We got our car back but they had just towed it so some random location in the city (what looked like gang land). The car had scratches on it as well. The tow truck driver had also allowed me to sign for the car without I.D (it was my girlfriends and she was with me).

Bonjour, je me suis fais remorquer car j'etais dans un endroit illegal. J'avoue ma faute.. Mais j'ai du aller chercher mon auto et attendre 1h30 a l'exterieur avant que le gars arriver pour deverouiller la cloture.. Merci mon dieu.. il ne faisais pas -30. Ensuite, le chauffeur n'a pas voulu que je vois l'auto avant de payer et de signer (dans le noir). Ensuite quand j'ai pris possesion de mon auto.. Il y avait une scratch sur le pare-choc et un morceau de celui-ci etait "degraffer" et non "regraffable". J'essai de les rejoindre depuis 3 jours.. c'est impossible.. c'est plus facile de les rejoindre pour faire le paiement qu'une plainte.
ATTENTION:.. NE SIGNER JAMAIS AVANT D'AVOIR VU VOTRE VEHICULE.. car sur la facture il est inscrit "Signature du client suite a une inspection visuelle, j'ai accepte avec satisfaction le vehicule.. bla bla.. ".
Finalement quand le chauffeur vous dis que vous devez signe pour montrer que vous avez payer.. c'est de la bull s@!t..
J'aimerais bien que J.E. (de TVA) embarque la dedans. Je suis sure que je ne suis pas la seule dans cette situation.
