Horrible cut and color

Had my hair ruined here, and had a terrible experience with the owner as well. I asked for an angled bob full-head highlights (ash with low lights and highlights). Specifically asked for not a straight across bob (showed lots of pictures of what I wanted) and no warm colors. Elizabel was very unfriendly but said she knew what I wanted. I ended up with a straight across bob which all my family can tell looks nothing like the pictures. Elizabel kept telling me it was "exactly" like the picture. The blond is yellow and looks like a cheap dye job, the foils are all uneven, there is a huge chunk of orangey blond at the back on one side and not the other. As well, for some reason, the back underside is done in reddish brown (very warm color).

I was consulting with my husband what to do as she had cut a short straight across bob and I was scared to go shorter now to make the angle. She walked away and started a new customer. I didn't know what to do. Finally, I took off the cape and towel and went to the front. She was very rude and just named the price. The price was ridiculous! I told her I was not happy and had never paid that much at any salon in Vancouver. She didn't even look at me, but talked to my husband saying the cost was for a full head of foils, a color, and 2 haircuts! I have never been charged like that before. A full head of foils means that's the color part! Also, what two haircuts? If they go back over a section because you say maybe shorter that's 2 cuts! That's ridiculous! Never in my life have I had that.

I asked her if she was going to listen to her customer, and she ignored me and again told my husband the price. I asked her again if she cared if I was not happy. She ignored me. Finally, my husband just paid and we left.

I emailed her, giving her the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps she had a bad day and actually wanted her customers to be happy. I never got a reply. Now I am out over $200 for a bad hair job and the business refuses to fix it or refund my money.
