Reliance failed to charge me for an entire year. Dec 19 I received notice I would be charged almost $1500. I called and was told i could make an arrangement to pay but I would need to call back at the beginning of each month to arrange to have automatic billing cancelled.

We have been with reliance for the past four years and never had a bad experience. We had to call for a service once and they send technician the next day and fixed the problem. Customer service is great. We were with direct energy for years before we switched to reliance, comparing to direct energy reliance is 100% better. Reliance put in a hot water tank and took out a Direct energy tank and lost Direct energy tank Aug.2010.Now Direct energy is still billing me because Reliance has not returned their tank and refuses to do anything about it. All they have been giving me is lip service for over a year. Worst company of all time! Do yourself a favour and do not use this company.
