I called looking for a washing machine part. Quick and friendly over the phone and quick and friendly when I arrived to pick up the part. They had tons of other cool-looking products there that I would love to browse through as well, but I had to get back to work. Not sure about their prices, but on unusual purchases like this, I just wanted the part in stock. Good stuff.

I came in here and basically lost my mind. They have so many niche things for your home. I came in looking for a water filter for my fridge, as they are the only place that sells them in the city. I left with that plus a special cleaning cloth thingie for a glass stove top that while terrible at getting out burnt on stains, gets minor stuff out and makes it look like new.

Dishwasher silverware basket

My dishwasher's silverware basket broke. Called Maytag for replacement. They quoted me $60.00. Called Southern Atlantic and they referred me to Reliable Parts Limited on Caledonia in Toronto. They told me that the old model of basket is no longer in production and there is a more durable replacement and the cost of it was $20.00.
