Part returned broken and we were charged after delays too boot-never again!

The name of this company is opposite of what it should be called.We trusted them & were quoted 3-4 wks for repair. It was over 5 wks when we got the call to pick up our oven part (and PAID without the unit having been repaired) only to find when we opened the box,removed the bubble wrap, while at another companies service counter, we discovered that Reliable Coquitlam had dropped the unit and broken it -there were pieces rattling around inside. No wonder there were 4 guys waiting for me to pick it up after travelling for 2 hrs - all of them ready to resist any discussion after having been told I was to pick up my unit and there would be NO CHARGE! Reliable Parts located in the lower mainland (Van.,Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam...) destroy any hope that a consumer may find service with integrity, honesty and accountability. David Loughran and manager Pat Wilk you should be ashamed of yourselves -I have never seen such a disgaceful business. I give you less than half a star out of 5!
