Not bad
Nice place to rent. The caretakers of building were a little awkward to deal with, but if you kept to yourself it was a good place.
They don't care about there tenants all they want is money
NEVER RENT, if you can help it from Boradwalk as they are liars, cheats and they don't care about there clients, as satisfied customers even though there website boasts about there number one priority being customer satisfaction, integrity and the golden rule," do on to others as you would like to be treated". They do NOT live up to there claims on the website when it comes to needing help. All they care about it the mighty dollar and making more of it anyway they can from you. There dirty people to deal with and they lie with a straight face. They raise rent every 6 month because they can so head up on that. If you're looking for a place to settle down in, do not with boardwalk as they are money hungry.
