Best Halloween Costumes in Toronto
September 06, 2011Just found this amazing vintage shop that also does Halloween Cotsumes. I have not seen a store like this before. They mix vintage costumes with new and the prices are great. Costumes you will not see at any other store, plus costumes you will not see anyone else wearing. I'm also adding to Val's review below. When it's October and Halloween time, they pull out from the back their whole costume selection.
